I am passionate about bringing together yoga/mindfulness/meditation and corporate/business/meeting rooms. Being a yogini and a “recovered chronically- stressed workaholic/road-warrior” that should not surprise you. I left my 10 years thriving career with the world largest software manufacturer to join Balance Integration, a company that brings life/work balancing tools into corporate environments. We combine a lot of different things, from on site and ongoing Yoga and meditation classes to brown bag workshops, to offer a well rounded approach to feeling and thinking better as the key to unlock optimum performance and creativity in the workspace. YAY!

 
As a former executive with firsthand experience of Yoga as a complete system for transformation, I create a bridge between the ancient tradition and the land of cubicles that help people lead happier, fuller lives AND be successful at work. I am originally from Brazil and have recently relocated from Miami to Los Angeles and completed a year of world traveling. I am a dedicated student of Yogarupa Rod Stryker, whom I happily follow across the country whenever I can. My karma yoga practice is teaching Yoga and Relaxation to the visually impaired at the Braille Institute of Los Angeles and being on the board of the YogAbility Institute (www.YogAbility.org  ), a non-profit org that brings Yoga to those with special needs.
